Through cultivating mindfulness you have the tools to explore the depth of your inner world. The self then becomes clarified. it is no longer experienced as an ever-present entity but as a transparent, elastic, vibratory activity. It loses thingness. letting go the past and accept the present state how it is. be yourself.
